Transportation Options, Maps, and Schedules for CONEXPO-CON/AGG

Getting To and From the Show

Hotel Shuttles: Many hotels on the Las Vegas Strip are designated pick-up/drop-off points to get to/from the show.

Be aware that the route of your complimentary hotel shuttle drops you at a designated located at the show campus.

Check ahead of which location your route will arrive at the show. See here for the Hotel Shuttle Schedule. There are other transportation options available at the show to get you to where you want to go, including express shuttles to different lots.

Monorail: The Las Vegas Monorail connects 3.5 miles of the Las Vegas Strip.

There are several hotels that directly connect to the monorail but are also accessible for those not staying in those hotels.

• MGM Grand
• Horseshoe
• Flamingo
• Caesar’s Palace
• Harrah’s
• The Linq

The key stops that get you close to the show are as follows:

• Boingo Station at LVCC
  • Pick-up/drop-off in the Silver Lot
  • Closest stop to South Hall, North Hall, and Central Hall
• Westgate Station
  
  • Pick-up/drop-off in Westgate
  • For registration + badge pick-up, Closest stop to West Hall and Diamond Lot
• SAHARA Station
  • Pick-up/drop-off in the SAHARA Hotel
  • Closest stop to the Festival Grounds

Please note that unless you specifically purchased a monorail pass during your registration, you must purchase a monorail pass here.

Ride-Share: There are four designated pick-up/drop-off areas for ride-shares.

Taxi: There are four designated pick-up/drop-off areas for taxis.

    • Indicate desired drop-off/pick-up location as "Las Vegas Convention Center, Blue Lot"
    • Drop-Off/Pick-Up location: Blue Lot, off University Center Drive
  • South Hall
    • Indicate desired drop-off/pick-up location as "Las Vegas Convention Center, Bronze Lot"
    • Drop-Off/Pick-Up location: Bronze Lot, off Sierra Vista Drive
  • West Hall 
    • Indicate desired drop-off/pick-up location as "Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall"
    • Drop-Off/Pick-Up location: West Hall, off Convention Center Drive

Getting Around the Show

Express Shuttles: There are three free routes of mini buses that continuously run throughout show hours connecting:

• Blue Lot to Festival Lot 
• Diamond Lot to Festival Lot
• South Hall to Diamond Hall 

Transportation hubs will be set-up at these three lots for pick-up/drop-off, as well as for answering any transportation questions.

The Las Vegas Loop: The innovative underground transportation system is free to show attendees and provides rides in Tesla vehicles under the LVCC grounds with stops at:

• Diamond Lot
• Silver Lot
• South Hall

Look out for signage onsite at the above to be directed to the Las Vegas Loop.

The LVCC Campus Shuttle: Mini buses that offer a free hop-on/hop-off service around the perimeter of the the LVCC. These continuously-running mini buses make stops at:

• Grand Lobby
• North Hall
• South Hall

The LVCC Campus Shuttles will run on a continuous loop to/from LVCC Halls during the following hours:

Tuesday, March 14 - Friday March 17 (8:00AM - 5:30PM)

Saturday, March 18 (8:00AM - 3:30PM)

Monorail: The Las Vegas Monorail can also be used as a means to get from one side of the show grounds to another.

There are three stops on the monorail's route that can serve as pick-up/drop-off spots within the show grounds:

• Boingo Station at LVCC
  • Pick-up/drop-off in the Silver Lot
  • Closest stop to South Hall
• Westgate Station
  • Pick-up/drop-off in Westgate
  • For registration + badge pick-up, Closest stop to West Hall and Diamond Lot
• SAHARA Station
  • Pick-up/drop-off in the SAHARA Hotel
  • Closest stop to the Festival Grounds

Show hours are Tuesday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am - 3 pm.
